Whitby, Ontario – BMW Canada has announced a new line of BMW Performance accessories, including chassis, powertrain, aerodynamics and interior components specially developed for a range of BMW vehicles. The products are part of a completely new category within the 2008 Original BMW Accessories catalogue, and all are engineered specifically for each BMW model.

The catalogue is launching with parts for the 3 Series sedan, coupe, cabriolet and touring; Z4 roadster and coupe; and 1 Series coupe and cabriolet. If installed at the time of new-vehicle purchase, the components are covered by the same terms and conditions as the new vehicle warranty; if installed separately, they carry a two-year, unlimited-mileage warranty.

The new performance products include an engine power upgrade kit, performance exhaust, air intake system, performance differential, strut brace, suspension kit, and performance wheels and brakes. Body kits include carbon fibre components, high-gloss grille and décor stripes kit, while interior packages include short shift kit, performance wheel, carbon fibre accessories and polished aluminum pedals. The products are now on sale at all BMW retailers.
