Mississauga, Ontario – Nissan Canada has announced pricing on the all-new 2009 Maxima, which will start at $37,900. The seventh-generation Maxima features a more powerful V6 engine with improved fuel economy and will be offered in one well-equipped trim line, the SV, with standard heated leather interior, power sunroof, Bose audio system, Bluetooth connectivity and CVT.

“Our all-new Maxima is the flagship of the brand, and the combination of its aggressive styling and performance will have Canadians lining up to drive one,” said Jeff Parent, vice-president, Sales and Marketing.

The 2009 SV with Premium Package replaces the 2008 3.5SL but boasts more content, including 290 horsepower to the previous model’s 255 hp, 18-inch wheels, rear backup camera, pushbutton start, dual-panel power sunroof, cooled and heated driver’s seat, paddle shifters, iPod connector system, and auto up-down rear windows.
