Montreal, Quebec – In honour of Car Free Day, an annual event celebrated by 100 million people on every continent, VIA Rail Canada is offering a special 50 per cent discount on Comfort Class travel between any two stations in the Quebec City to Windsor corridor.

Between September 15 and 22, travellers can request a special discount e-coupon, which is applicable for travel completed between September 22 and October 9, and between October 14 and December 14, 2008.
