Toronto, Ontario – Smart Canada has announced that pricing for the 2009 Smart Fortwo coupe and cabriolet will remain virtually identical to the 2008 prices. For 2009, the Fortwo continues to be offered in three models.

The Pure Coupe starts at $14,900 and includes five-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode, central remote locking system, leather-wrapped wheel, power windows and CD player.

The Passion Coupe starts at $18,250 and adds panoramic roof, alloy wheels, air conditioning with climate control, shift paddles, power steering, heated seats and upgraded stereo.

The Passion Cabriolet starts at $21,250 and includes the features of the Passion Coupe, along with a fully automatic soft top with heated rear glass window.
