2009 BMW 7 Series

Whitby, Ontario - BMW Canada has announced pricing for the all-new 2009 BMW 750i and 750Li, which will start at $104,900 and $112,900 respectively.

Both models use an all-new 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8, delivering 400 horsepower and 450 lb-ft of torque. Acceleration is zero to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds for the 750i, and 5.5 seconds for the 750Li.

New features and equipment include the longest wheelbase in the segment, enhanced dynamic damper and driving control, a new instrument cluster with Black Panel technology, fine-grained Nappa leather upholstery, four-zone automatic climate control, an all-new iDrive system with 10.3-inch high-resolution colour display, more intuitive menu structure and new controller, enhanced BMW Assist Safety and Security Services with four-year subscription, and new comfort and entertainment features including new hard-drive music storage, auxiliary audio input, available iPod/USB ports, active seat ventilation, massaging seats, and first-ever integrated owner’s manual.

The 7 Series will make its Canadian premiere at the Montreal International Auto Show in January and will arrive at dealerships in March 2009.
