Whitby, Ontario – BMW Canada has announced it will offer winter driving training in February 2009 in Mirabel, Quebec. The course is one full-day session at the International Club Academy Racing (ICAR).

The goal of the program is to teach participants the basic elements for safe, confident winter driving, including emergency braking, avoidance, front and rear wheel skid control, 180-degree turns, and drifting.

The course is $795 per person and includes a full day of driving 335i coupes with manual or automatic transmissions, with in-class theory. Classes are limited to 16 participants and will be held the week of February 2 to 8, 2009. For more information, visit BMWDriverTraining.
