Chrysler Museum features specialty vehicle event

Auburn Hills, Michigan – The Walter P. Chrysler Museum in Auburn Hills, Michigan will present a specialty vehicle presentation on historic fire apparatus, ambulances and funeral cars by author and expert Walt McCall.

McCall’s two-part program on motor fire apparatus and professional cars will run on Saturday, April 17 from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Registration, including refreshments and museum admission, is US$12 in advance and $15 at the door.

McCall, based in Windsor, Ontario, is a retired manager of public affairs for Chrysler Canada, and was a fire and police reporter and automotive editor for The Windsor Star. He has authored 18 books, including ten on fire apparatus and six on vintage hearses and ambulances.
