Canadian-born Mark Conforzi has worked for Ford since graduating from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. After a stint in Europe, Mr Conforzi returned to North America and became involved in the GT90 concept and, "….more recently I managed the exterior and interior design of the 2002 Thunderbird and the early interior development of the current Mustang."

Ford created the Vehicle Personalization position and Mr. Conforzi was interviewed this past February to assume the post as Chief Designer.
