A few weeks ago I was in full shopping mode. I was looking for an investment property to get myself into the real estate game. I did put an offer in on one condo, a two-bedroom in a nice building; my offer was just under $130,000, which is not bad for a condo in a large city. It needed some work but not much. I’ve driven Lincolns before, when the new MKX (luxury crossover based on the Ford Edge) and MKZ (mid-sized luxury based on the Ford Fusion) were launched and I attended a small event where I was able to sample them briefly. It wasn’t really long enough to get acquainted with them, and honestly, there didn’t seem to be much to get excited about. I want to say that spring is here, but I also really don’t want to jinx it.
