$147 for a Dunlop SP40 @ OK Tire Main, Vancouver

I just bought & had installed a Dunlop SP40 AS 205/70R15 from OK Tire - Main St in Vancouver. I feel I paid too much for such an old model tire:
Tire................... $120.00
Environmental Levy........ 3.21
Disposal Fee.............. 3.00
Valve Stem................ 3.00
Taxes.................... 17.64
             Total.... $146.85
I dont feel I was charged fairly...
Any opinion?

I have the same size on one of my vehicles.
I'm not sure if it is the same model tire though.
I purchased Dunlop SP sport.
Paid $90.00/ea
enviro/disposal $3.00/ea
and taxes....so yeah I think you got just an ok deal.
Why did you pay to levys?
In BC there is only a $3.00 per tier disposal fee...that's it...what is the extra enviro charge for??
Why are you being charged for a valve stem...they only cost about .25 cents.
