Interesting it's even in the list.  Car & Driver generally only allow the high end BMW/Audi/Lexus into the mix.

I thought it was going to be the 330i, but based solely on sport I would agree with the WRX.  But if you wanted some luxury and finesse the BMW would be the pick.  Too bad that IS350 isn't manual it would be a closer call then!

Why did they include the WRX rather than the Legacy GT? It would seem more appropriate...  Huh

Apparently only "new" 2006 cars are allowed to "participate".
The 2006 WRX qualifies due to new engine, setup, etc...anyway that's the story that has been swirling around.
