Day-by-Day Review: 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8GT; Day 3
So the Genesis Coupe isn't the most practical sports car around, says James, but what really matters here is how the car drives. And it's in that department that this car really shines, he says.

Yes, enough problems on ours that Porsche finally bought it back. Everything that could go wrong did ... electronics; top replaced; peeling paint; lug nuts; new engine etc etc etc... at one point it sat at the dealership for almost 6 weeks.

But Porsche was fair, they supplied loaner car (not a Porsche), valeted car back and forth etc. The beastie was just a Lemon ... those things happen. Would we buy from Porsche again ... yes.... just not a first year model.

A major tune-up at 100km costs 10k. But I am not sure if I am still driving that Boxster at 100k km. Cheesy

You're kidding.  A major service on a 911 Turbo involves REMOVING the driveline and it won't cost close to that.  There isn't an indie Porsche mechanic in his/her right mind that would charge anything like $10K for any routine service, on ANY model.  The most I've EVER heard of someone dropping is in the $3500 range for a major service, and that was on a late-model 911TT.

There were some major engine problems with the 2001 911s too...  heard of one car that's now on its third engine!
