So the Genesis Coupe isn't the most practical sports car around, says James, but what really matters here is how the car drives. And it's in that department that this car really shines, he says.

Used Vehicle Review:
1998-2004 Audi A6

2003 Audi A6 3.0A used A6 is "one of the better choices out there if you want a used German luxury car," says Chris Chase. I was glad to see that in 2003 Audi decided to use orange/amber colour rear turn signals  Grin

The A6 is a very nice car. My dad was thinking of getting (a used) one when it comes time to replace his car. I didn't even realize until recently that the A6 came with a stick because everywhere I saw them, they were fitted with automatics.

A nice A6 Avant would be cool to have  Cool

Co-worker who had the 2.8 A6 Avant had a very bad experience with the car.  Lots of shop time.  That said, she traded it in on a 04 Allroad and has been happy since.  My understanding is that the Allroad has shown much better reliability than the A6 in general.

A6 suffered from similar problems with B5/C5 platform A4 and Passat. Premature front MacPherson control arm suspensions are the most infamous issue of this chassis. Electronics components depending on vehicle. allroad/A6 2.7T's engine bay have more space for cooling, so it doesn't suffer from 01 S4's heating issue. As for allroad, most commonly known issue has to be its air suspension. Another known issue is NA-spec allroad is known for underbraking compares to European spec.

I hope Audi dealers are better in troubleshooting air suspension than US dealers are because otherwise that's a good reason to stay away from an Allroad.
