Too bad about the timing of the test drive - if it were 48 hours later, it'd give Chris Chase another car for his used vehicle review column Cool!

If little else, it's rarity on the used car marketplace should ensure exceptional, even by Honda standards, resale value.

It would appear Honda had not taken into account the ROI most people do in terms of the premium for the technology paid vs the fuel saved per annum - and $40 LARGE Roll Eyes for an Accord.....?

Unusual that the fuel economy was so bad in the city - I thought it was the highway driving where the improvement in economy was less impressive....

I don't understand why Honda won't develop a Hybrid Accord, with the 4 cyl, like the Camry Hybrid.  Huh

Oh yeah, its because they are bringing diesels over!  Grin

I can't understand why most North American environmentally friendly vehicles are hybrids. Aside from the new Jeep 3.0 CRD, there are few diesels out there - and they really do get mileage, efficiency, and yes - even greenhouse emmisions.

And then what about alternate fuels like hyrdogen, etc. I know they aren't mainstream yet, but it sure would be nice to see some more development in that direction.

VW TDIs are back next year I believe.

MB has Bluetec versions across the line, but you'll pay up front and at the service dept. Grin

I wish VW/Audi would bring more of their diesels over. An A4 TDI Quattro would be very tempting for me.
