Not quite 10 years yet.   First year New Beetles were 1998 models that started selling in spring of 1998 if I recall.

That fuel guage looks a tad awkward because 1/2 doesn't look quite half (to match the tach?). I guess the red mark indicators mean you're running on fumes?

I miss the orange ones  Grin  Or the Turbo S from the US.

Any car that has a cute round eyed, smiley face of a front and comes with a flower vase as standard equipment is NOT marketed to the male of the species.  Roll Eyes

Actually, I've calculated that there is approximately 10-12 litres left when the red indicators are hit.  The gauge does seem to move faster when it's down in that range, however.

Well...I admit that the vase is an issue, but the MINI also has a cute round eye, smiley face look.  And that car is just as COOL!!
