Day-by-Day Review: 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8GT; Day 3
So the Genesis Coupe isn't the most practical sports car around, says James, but what really matters here is how the car drives. And it's in that department that this car really shines, he says.

Saying you are confident is hardly fact, don’t BS the regular players

I'm leaving that to you.  Smiley

The greater Sudbury area and beyond is no more "truck county" than the farm belts of southwestern Ontario, which is a different market entirely from "southern" Ontario btw.

I have driven and owned may truck in the past 35 years

I thought you were in your mid 40's  Huh

just because I have not had one since then second week of December does not mean I’m not a real truck person in truck country.

You may like pickups and have owned them in the past, but you can't have it both ways.  If you were a devoted pickup owner you'd have one.  Obviously not a priority which is completely understandable because one needs to really have a use for one due to how expensive they are now becoming to own and operate.  Smiley

I drove my first MT truck at 14 while hunting. Shocked  I guess I only have 33 years then. Since I lived in both Northern and Southern Ontario my observations have more credibility than your assumption so I ill stick by my statement that Northern Ontario IS Truck Country. Smiley

Think it's a mistake to follow other truck configurations. Think the Quad needed to be bigger and they addressed that, but they had something different with the Mega Cab and think it worked to their advantage.

Now the Tundra CrewMax has the largest cab in usable measurement. Who would have thought?

I don't like the updated exterior styling.  As mentioned before, it's too similar to the F-150.

I think it looks very similar to the previous model of Dakota, not a terrible thing but it loses the striking design the Ram had going for it.

Now the Ram, the F150, and the Titan all seem to be borrowing elements from each other.

Ford's Western Region (AB,SK,MN) sells more trucks than the rest of Canada combined.

Minnesota (MN) is now in Canada?  Who knew?   ROFL

Here's what Automotive News said about the 09 Ram:

Miss: The new Dodge Ram pickup -- Getting this vehicle wrong is a move Chrysler can ill-afford to make now that Toyota is gobbling up market share with the full-sized Tundra. But it is hard to see how the 2009 Ram, which arrives this fall, will improve sales. At best, the truck might hold its own.

The problem? Let's start on the inside. The new F-150 and Chevrolet Silverado interiors blow away the interior of the new Ram. Both the Ford and Chevy trucks use better materials, such as real aluminum or classy-looking wood grain trim.

The Ram interior is a dark plastic jungle. The door panels are hard plastic. The chromed door handles look substantial, but they aren't. They are also plastic. Hopefully, it is not too late for Chrysler to perform some emergency surgery on the Ram's interior.

Yeah -- some liked it but I thought the interior felt cheap as usual for Chrysler

Up here in Truck County more than half of the owners have a cap or Touneau cover of some configuration and that bed rail storage feature would be unusable. The interior is a huge improvement and Dodge took a page form the FORD book of styling.
I'm sure the aftermarket and even the OE accessories catalog will have a tonneau cover to be used with this box. On my short drive to work today,I counted 23 pick-ups. Only one had a hard shell cover and two had caps. You will notice that the picture of the 'blue' Ram did not have the box storage bins.

No controversy about using coil springs on the new ram instead of leaf springs?
