Looks like a new Porsche driver, he lifted off as soon as the back end went.  He's very lucky the technology caught him.

I would have thought the ESP would be somewhat better than that.

Also, were they running slicks in the rain or something?

I think the electronics were off or at least slightly off, they don't account for stupidity.

Depends entirely on the setting, on Porsche's, BMW's and many others, you can set it to let you get the back end right out, then it'll catch you and pull you back in again, a sort of "talent limit net".
