Day-by-Day Review: 2008 Subaru WRX STi
Looks-wise, the STi reminds James a little of the BMW M Coupe. Otherwise, the STi is its own car, with performance to out-gun 99 per cent of the cars on the road. Even the road noise sounds better than in other cars.

Used Vehicle Review:
2006 Lexus LX 470

2006 Lexus LX 470The second generation Lexus LX 470 was basically a Lexus version of the Toyota Land Cruiser (not sold in Canada), says Contributing Editor, Chris Chase.  Reliability has been better than average in the large SUV class, but fuel consumption is abysmal, he reports.

Wow....33% depreciation in one model year is pretty steep for a brand that usually has such high resale. Shocked ..... Is this unique to this model or is it a function of declining used prices due to our strong dollar?

I've always thought it's interesting how these things garner less rage from the fuel-efficient-car crowd than Lincoln Navigators or especially Cadillac Escalades, when they don't make an ounce more sense.

Mine--2004 VW Jetta 1.8T, five-speed manual, moderate performance modifications; 2002 Suzuki SV650.
Hers--2007 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4x4, double cab, long bed, 5-speed auto.

Just another CTC member sick of the never-ending flamewar between a few Toyota and GM fanboys.

I would assume because they are not as common, so they slip under the radar.
