Day-by-Day Review: 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8GT; Day 3
So the Genesis Coupe isn't the most practical sports car around, says James, but what really matters here is how the car drives. And it's in that department that this car really shines, he says.

I dropped the RX-8 off at the body shop this AM. I suspect that they will have it the better part of two weeks. In the mean time, I have a new traveling companion.
A Mitsubishi Outlander ES powered by a 4 cylinder with AWD.

OK, after a couple of days now of driving this SUV a few comments;
1. That  CVT trany I am not a fan of. Very elastic. Seems to have a fragile feel to it.
2. That 4 banger is gutless
3. Handles nicely though.
4. I'm not digging the seat comfort. Have not found the right setting for me.
5. Quiet
6. Roomy

So you didn't get the V6 with the flappy paddles...

Gutless... compared to an RX-8, oh the shame!

The Outlander is gone. My back was killing me with its seats.
I'm into a Chrysler 300 now with nice leather seats. Ahhhhhhh.
The 8 continues its vacation at the spa. Likely pick-up is Monday Oct 19 after I get back from a little holiday. Grin

5 weeks and a day later the 8 is back. I hardly knew it was her, what with all the acne gone. They even took her door dings out. Pics to follow.

All is well in the world again. With this new paint I can actually take pleasure in waxing the car again.

These guys charge $439+ tax installed on an RX-8.

What did yours cost? Does this stuff go over the headlights as well?

Ya that's about what mine was...and that was only for the hood and fenders.  I wasn't sure what I wanted for the headlights (clear or smoke)...so I left it off.

Hood and fenders? What about the actual front bumper, is that extra?
