Can you advise us if there is lemon laws for RV's in Canada? We purchased our RV at VOYAGEUR RV in Winfield, BC, Canada. It was manufactured by WINNEBAGO, in the USA and is a brand new 2008 ITASCA, which we have had less than 6 months. Thank you.

Since there's no lemon law for any vehicles in Canada, I think you're out of luck with the RV. You might want to have a look here for some general information: http://www.bpcpa.ca/ .

Just curious, but what kind of problems have you been having?

I will second that.  What specifically is the problem?

What chassis do you have; Ford or GM?  What series and motor?

Thanks to you both for the info, much appreciated, our email has been out of commission for awhile.
The issues we are having is not with the Ford motor etc., it is with the coach by Winnebago, the dealer, Voyageur RV, and Winnebago's warantee when things fall apart or blow up, as in the appliances.

I have followed up with BC Consumer protection.

Thanks for getting back.  All the best.  I wouldn't expect much action $$$ though.  All those RV manufacturers are on the verge of Chapter 11 and 7 in the US so their wallets are glued shut and I'm sure their dealers are hurtin as well.
