From the car owner - "The Nova has a 283 220 hp stock eliminator engine. In J it ran 11.51 last weekend in J (12.65 index) This run was over 200lbs over the 3030lb J weight. This ride was in support of a charity fundraiser at work."

The owner/driver is Joe Schaechter from Moline, Illinois.  No idea who the passenger is.
