Ford Edge to debut at Detroit auto show
The Edge is powered by Ford's new 3.5-litre V6 engine, coupled with a new six-speed automatic transmission for dynamic driving character and impressive fuel economy. The Edge will go on sale in the fourth quarter of 2006.
Dearborn, Michigan - Ford has announced it will debut the Edge, its all-new crossover utility vehicle, at the 2006 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan in January. The CUV market is the fastest-growing vehicle segment and is expected to surpass traditional SUV sales in 2006.
