Whitby, Ontario - BMW has announced it will present the Canadian premieres of the 2007 Mini Cooper, Mini Cooper S, BMW 3 Series Cabriolet and Mini Convertible Sidewalk at the Montreal International Auto Show on January 18, 2007.

The all-new Mini models feature more powerful engines, higher-quality interior design, improved interior space and completely redesigned exterior.

The fourth-generation BMW 3 Series Cabriolet is the company's first convertible with a retractable hardtop roof; the three pieces are made of lightweight steel and open in 22 seconds, folding smoothly into the car's rear compartment.

Also making its first appearance at the Montreal show is the BMW Alpina B7, an ultra-high-performance version of the 7 Series, developed in cooperation with Alpina group. As well, the recently launched 2007 M6 Cabriolet, X5 and 335i Coupe will make their Canadian auto show debut in Montreal.
