Detroit Show announces public parking and shuttles

Detroit, Michigan - The North American International Auto Show has announced shuttle service and advanced parking purchases during the show's public days.

Parking and shuttle service is available from the Detroit Zoo and The Henry Ford at Greenfield Village on January 19, 20 and 21, and 26 and 27. The shuttles run every half hour from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. except on January 27, the last day of the show, when hours end at 6:00 p.m. The cost is US$5.00 for parking and US$5.00 for adults for the bus ride; children 12 and under ride free.

Tickets can be purchased on-site at the Detroit Zoo or The Henry Ford. For handicapped access, call 1-800-835-8904.

The Detroit People Mover stops at the show location in Cobo Center. Cost is US50 cents per person; the service runs from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. during the show.

Parking spots at several facilities near the show can be pre-purchased, with a reserved spot and customized set of directions to the parking facility. Parking spaces can be ordered online at ClickandPark.com or by calling 1-866-330-PARK.
