Mercedes-Benz launches "Become a 'MIB' agent!" online game
Stuttgart, Germany - Mercedes-Benz has launched an online game to coincide with the appearance of the new 2003 E-Class sedan in the movie, "Men In Black 2". The "Become a 'MIB' agent!" online game from Mercedes-Benz is part of a global marketing campaign being conducted with Columbia Tristar to promote the new movie.
Just like in "Men in Black II" (MIB II), the "Become a 'MIB' agent!" game revolves all around one urgent assignment: to protect the earth from nasty, threatening aliens. In the online game, alien beings have set their sights on the new fuel cell system from Mercedes-Benz. They plan to use this innovative technology to enable their obsolete spacecraft to zip throughout the galaxies once again. This is a theft that's got to be prevented at all costs. After the game ends in September, all players who have climbed the ladder from agent recruit to top agent like the film characters agent Kay and Agent Jay and have successfully completed all four missions will be entered in a drawing to win a trip to Hollywood.
The worldwide game being played in four languages (German, English, French, Spanish) encourages and promotes communication among online agents. For instance, players all over the world can use a real-time Messenger function to contact each other and exchange helpful tips and tricks, and in doing so, earn valuable points. The most successful agents will be those who complete all the assignments and cooperate in a team effort.
Players can register at www.mercedes-benz.com/MIB2.
