New York auto show to open April 18, 2003

New York, New York - The Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association (GNYADA) has set the dates for the 2003 New York International Automobile Show. The Auto Show public dates are Friday, April 18 to Sunday, April 27 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

"New York is home to most major national and international media outlets, and provides a great opportunity for auto companies to show off future and current products, as well as any new safety, technological, or environmental initiatives," said show director Candida Romanelli.

More than four floors of displays from the world's automakers will feature their newest vehicles and futuristic concept cars. More than 1,000 cars and trucks will be on display at the Javits Center, filling 815,000 square feet of exhibit space. In addition, dozens of World, National, and Regional vehicle debuts are expected at the Show.
