Detroit, Michigan - The CarConnection, a respected Detroit online automotive publication, reports that Cadillac plans to introduce a flagship luxury car with a 1000 horsepower V-16 engine at the Detroit auto show in January.

The car will feature Cadillac's new 'chiselled' styling theme, and will be approximately 5588 mm (220 inches) long with a very long hood. Other features of the car will include an alumuminum body with metal supplied by Alcan, 24 inch wheels and tires, a computer-controlled independent suspension, and a four passenger luxury interior with many high-tech infotainment features.
