GM tops with leading women executives

Detroit, Michigan - Twenty General Motors women executives, more than from any other automaker, have been named among the 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry by Automotive News.

The award recognizes women leaders in the automotive field, making major decisions and having significant influence at their companies. Named among the women are the executive director of GM Advanced Design, three plant managers, and the general manager of Saturn.
