Automakers record relatively strong December sales

Richmond Hill, Ontario - The auto industry achieved a relatively strong December 2005 with sales up 2.9 per cent, reports industry analyst Dennis DesRosiers. The year ended with 1,585,291 units, one of the best sales years on record and topped only by 2002 and 2003.
