For 2008, the V8 Vantage coupe and roadster are virtually unchanged, save for minor trim modifications.
Both models use a 4.3-litre V8, designed by Aston Martin and built in the company's engine plant in Germany. The engine, which is front-mid-mounted, is mated to a six-speed manual transmission mounted mid-rear for optimum weight distribution.
Features include 18-inch aluminum wheels, full grain leather interior, power seats, automatic climate control, backup sensors, trip computer, tire pressure monitoring system, and six-CD stereo. The coupe features an Alcantara headliner.
Available options include a Sportshift automated manual transmission, Xenon headlamps with washers, heated seats, cruise control, power-folding mirrors, auto-dimming interior mirror, 19-inch wheels and premium Dolby Pro Logic II stereo.
Beautifully styled and stunningly finished, the Vantage is designed strictly as a sports car, with lightweight engineering, compact footprint, low centre of gravity and fully independent wishbone suspension.
