Vancouver, British Columbia – The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) has announced that 22 of its accredited express repair shops have won AutocheX Premier Achiever Awards for excellence in customer satisfaction. The winners were recognized for achieving customer satisfaction ratings of 98.8 per cent or higher.
AutocheX and ICBC work together to measure customer satisfaction levels for the 379 accredited express repair shops that participate in ICBC’s c.a.r. shop VALET program; these shops provide safe, quality repairs that are guaranteed for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. The B.C. shops were named among 9,000 entries monitored by AutocheX across North America for customer satisfaction in collision repairs.
